Michael Klipper

Mike’s accounting career started when he was an intern for a small Philadelphia area CPA firm. He continued to work full-time in the field and earned his CPA credentials after passing the exam in 2008. Over the next five years, he honed his skills and built relationships within the business community both in the Philadelphia region and nationally. In 2013 Mike founded ENGAGE CPAs. The idea was to create a proactive and approachable accounting solution for small business owners and individuals. He and his team believe that there is more to accounting than preparing tax returns and financial statements. Mike loves working with clients, learning the intricacies of their business, and helping them achieve their goals. His goal as CEO of ENGAGE is for the firm to provide value to every business and individual they work with. Mike grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and went on to attend Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he got his degree in Finance and Accounting. Mike and his wife Morgan, who was also his high school sweetheart, live in Skippack, PA, with their two daughters, Sadie and Tessa. Besides spending time with family, Mike enjoys relaxing on the beach, visiting wineries across the country, and trying new restaurants wherever he travels.
