Mike’s accounting career started when he was an intern for a small Philadelphia area CPA firm. He continued to work full-time in the field and earned his CPA credentials after passing the exam in 2008. Over the next five years, he honed his skills and built relationships within the business community both in the Philadelphia region and nationally.

In 2013 Mike founded ENGAGE CPAs. The idea was to create a proactive and approachable accounting solution for small business owners and individuals. He and his team believe that there is more to accounting than preparing tax returns and financial statements. Mike loves working with clients, learning the intricacies of their business, and helping them achieve their goals. His goal as CEO of ENGAGE is for the firm to provide value to every business and individual they work with.

Mike grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and went on to attend Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he got his degree in Finance and Accounting. Mike and his wife Morgan, who was also his high school sweetheart, live in Skippack, PA, with their two daughters, Sadie and Tessa. Besides spending time with family, Mike enjoys relaxing on the beach, visiting wineries across the country, and trying new restaurants wherever he travels.

After graduating from college, David jumped right into public accounting, where he first met Mike. This experience established a well-rounded technical foundation. He gained a wealth of experience traveling the country performing audits, reviews, compilations, and tax engagements before joining up with Mike again as ENGAGE’s first employee.

As Chief Operating Officer, Dave is in charge of keeping our client relationships as fun, informative, educational, and productive as possible. He aims to be supportive, informative, proactive, and trustworthy. Whether wearing his bookkeeping, tax, forensic accounting, or social media hat, his focus consistently remains on adding value for our clients. He is inspired by the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of clients. His passion for helping small business owners make sense of their numbers and remove any stress and anxiety related to their financials and taxes is second only to the love for his family.

Dave’s wife, Laura, son Lincoln, and daughter Luna are his motivation every day to grow, learn, and love what he does. They live in Skippack, PA and can often be found hiking on another new trail in the area or walking into town for a bite to eat.

Daisy combines her passion and unique skillset to put a personal touch on our clients’ needs. After graduating from Lansdale School of Business, she began her accounting career at Bear Creek Mountain Resort. As a senior member of the accounting department, Daisy played an integral part in coordinating the communication of five separate accounting databases into a single, collective operating system and was responsible for overseeing all bank relationships and on-site cash management.

Daisy joined ENGAGE CPAs in 2016 after eight years in private accounting. As Chief Accounting Officer, Daisy supports the ENGAGE team to ensure proper posting of financial transactions and assists clients with bookkeeping, tax, or accounting questions to ensure that clients understand their financial well-being throughout the year. Conscientious, proactive, and always with a happy disposition, she has refined her skill set to meet your accounting needs.

Daisy and her husband Bob reside in Zieglerville, PA, with their favorite feline Gadget, where they are active in their church and community. When she is not hard at work on clients’ books, Daisy enjoys baking, gardening, paddleboarding, and spending time with family and friends.

Nate started his career in Government contracting with the Department of Defense, where he spent 13 years in various auditing and management positions. This included over a decade of experience auditing defense contractors. Nate’s auditing tenure gave him exposure to companies of all sizes and direct experience working with a variety of different accounting systems. In 2012, Nate passed the CPA exam and became a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Nate joined the ENGAGE team in 2020 and brought with him a passion for helping others succeed and overcome challenges. He prides himself on being approachable, patient and understanding. In his role as Team Director, Nate meets with all prospective clients to tailor packages to best support their needs. He also serves as the lead contact for many of our existing clients and advises on a variety of accounting and tax matters.

Nate and his wife Andrea live in Havertown, PA with their three children Maria, Jonah and Jesse. Together, Nate and his wife run Mercy Kids Africa, a charitable organization that supports an orphanage in Chingola, Zambia. Nate serves as Treasurer and Member of the board. In his free time, Nate really enjoys traveling and has spent time in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South America. He’s also an avid sports fan, an aviation enthusiast and loves talking about personal finance.

Colin’s accounting career started in 2015 as an assurance associate for a Philadelphia-based CPA firm in external auditing. In 2019 he made the change to corporate accounting with an Allentown-based biotechnology company working within the general ledger focusing on accounts payable, expenses, and payroll while also assisting and overseeing monthly close processes and financial reporting.

Colin joined the ENGAGE team in 2023 as a Senior Executive Accountant. Organized, detail-oriented, and a whiz at financial analysis, Colin brings a diverse skill set tailored to the unique challenges small businesses face. From ensuring compliance to optimizing financial operations, he loves to make life easier for every business and individual we work with.

Colin grew up in Reading, PA and went on to attend Alvernia University, where he got his bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s in business administration. Colin currently lives in Topton, PA. In his free time, Colin enjoys playing soccer, disc golf and watching the Philadelphia Union.

Ally began her accounting career in 2018, shortly after earning her master’s degree in education. Realizing her true passion lay in accounting, she transitioned into a role at a public accounting firm, where she has been thriving ever since. Ally’s diverse career path has given her a unique perspective, allowing her to hone her accounting skills and excel in flawless tax preparation. Her journey includes experience at two different public accounting firms, as well as with Turbo Tax.

Since joining Engage CPAs in July 2024, Ally has prioritized her clients’ needs, ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront when handling their books, accounting, and tax returns.

Ally and her husband, Kae, live in Malvern, PA, with their daughter, Dana, while their son, Eric, is away in Myrtle Beach studying Marine Science. When she’s not immersed in accounting, Ally loves cooking authentic dishes from scratch and enjoying music.

Martin’s career in accounting began in 2019 as an intern at FX Duffy & Co., a small public accounting firm in the East Falls section of Philadelphia. After earning his undergraduate degree in accounting, with a minor in white-collar crime, from West Chester University in 2020, Martin accepted a full-time Staff Accountant position at FX Duffy. There, Martin gained hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll filing, and preparing tax returns for individual and corporate clients.

In September 2025, Martin joined the team at ENGAGE CPAs as a Senior Executive Accountant, bringing with him a detail-oriented and accuracy-focused skill set. Martin is dedicated to helping clients stay compliant with their tax obligations and ensuring that they feel confident that their financial affairs are being managed properly. He is excited to support the ENGAGE team with everyday challenges and goals, contributing to a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Born in Guatemala and raised in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, Martin now resides in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia. He enjoys staying active by running, playing basketball, participating in group workouts, and joining recreational league sports. Martin is also an enthusiastic Eagles fan.

Danielle began her career in public accounting in 2013 while still in college, developing a strong foundation in business and personal tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax compliance. After earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kean University, she continued to expand her expertise by working closely with a diverse range of individual and business clients. She also brings valuable experience in government accounting, further broadening her understanding of compliance and financial reporting across both public and private sectors.

In November 2025, Danielle joined ENGAGE CPAs as a Senior Executive Accountant, bringing with her a deep understanding of public accounting and a commitment to accuracy, organization, and high-quality client service.

Danielle lives in Howell, NJ, with her husband, Doug, and their dog, Ajax. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places, attending concerts, and spending time with friends—almost always with an iced coffee in hand, no matter the weather.

Kelly A. Kamprath is a seasoned professional with a multifaceted background encompassing pharmaceutical marketing compliance and online resales. Kelly’s journey reflects her adaptability and unwavering commitment to excellence, whether navigating stringent regulations in the pharmaceutical industry, excelling in the dynamic world of e-commerce, or efficiently managing office operations.

Kelly joined the ENGAGE team in 2023 and serves as the team’s Executive Office Manager. Armed with a degree in communications and writing, she brings a unique skill set to her position, excelling in managing office operations and effective communication.

When not working she enjoys hanging out with her best friend, TV and going to art museums. Kelly is a New Jersey native who resides in the PA suburbs with her husband and two adorable Shih Tzus, Buffalo and Hoagie.
